Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to firearm transactions.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, requires a gun dealer to ensure that 14 days have passed since the transaction was initiated by the purchaser before transferring a firearm to a purchaser if the purchaser is older than 17 years of age but younger than 21 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
